Thread Painting Class Sample

This is a detail shot of a piece I just finished this week. It is for a class I am teaching on Thread Painting. It isn't my design but from a classic applique book, Spoken without a Word. I used the pattern because I thought it would be less intimidating for people to see that they can start with designs they have might already have on their bookshelf.
